ARC's legacy began in the 1970s under the name Anjaneya Bricks and Tiles, supplying high-quality building materials that formed the foundation of many iconic structures across Bengaluru. For over three decades, we played a vital role in shaping the city's early infrastructure before steadily evolving our expertise into real estate development.

A milestone in this transformation was the development of a 100,000 sq. ft. office facility on Old Airport Road — our first large-scale commercial project. With the rise of e-commerce, we further diversified into industrial warehousing, delivering scalable infrastructure for leading brands.
